The muscle spasms in my neck have been getting steadily worse. Injections and muscle relaxers don’t work. It’s to the point where I just want to sleep all day so I won’t move my neck the wrong way and start the spasms again.

Here’s an article about Web 2.0 that didn’t make me zone out. The language isn’t too scholarly but it’s still well-researched and informative.

Go2Web20.net is a site that contains a directory for Web 2.0 sites, applications, and software. I’ve already found a few sites that look things I could use. The only thing is that the website uses Flash (or something similar) so if you have dial-up, you should be prepared for lag.
